OUR STORY
Established in 2019, Roland Group Enterprises is the next generation of the Roland Land Investment Company Inc. This is a family company, founded in the early 1950's by Anton G. Roland, who for more than four decades fulfilled his lifelong dream of helping first time investors build financial security through investing in Southern California’s real estate boom. Anton created investment opportunities by buying undeveloped tracts of land in the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas and subdividing them in to smaller parcels suitable for individual investors. Anton’s daughter, Cathy Roland, worked side-by-side with her father as he grew the business into one of California’s leading real estate investment firms. Cathy served as Co-President of her father’s business, and has now brought her decades of experience to Roland Group Enterprises, serving as its founder and President.
